Day 82 of 365 Days of Thanks

This month I have set out to make mostly new recipes for dinner. So tonight I made Enchilada Lasagna. We had a friend over to share it with us. Sometimes I don't like trying new recipes when we have guests, cause what happens if it goes horribly wrong? lol

This time though, it didn't, and it was incredible! So, cheers to making new recipes! :)
